Jacques J. Levesque, P.Eng., MBA, C.Dir. President & CEO, Transform Management Consulting Inc.

Jacques Levesque brings over 30 years of senior management and Board of Director experience and expertise for the benefit of clients in his research and consulting practice. As the chief executive in both established and start-up companies, he led strategic planning processes, developed market strategies, re-structured organizations, implemented new technologies, initiated and completed large projects, established subsidiaries, completed mergers and successfully managed Board, shareholder, union, and media relations.

His experience includes having been the President & CEO of Northern Telephone Limited, Entourage Technology Solutions and Genesis Telecom (Venezuela) from 1993 to 2001. He has also been actively involved in his community and has held various directorships on private and not-for-profit boards. His board experience includes being Chair and CEO of NorTel Mobility Limited and Chair of Horizon Connexions. Other directorships included: Entourage Technology Solutions, Camara de Comercio Canadiense Venezolana, College Edouard Montpetit, United Way of Timmins, and the Canadian Institute for International Affairs. He currently sits on the board of Bruyere Continuing Care in Ottawa as a Vice-Chair and is Chair of the Governance Committee

Mr. Levesque has been consulting since 2001 and was a partner and the Vice-President of Governance and Leadership at Renaud Foster Management Consultants until 2005. During 2006 he worked for the Conference Board of Canada as the Director - Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility which included his being responsible for the organization's participation in The Directors College, a joint venture with the DeGroote School of Business of McMaster University.

Mr. Levesque has proven himself highly adept at leading Boards in corporate governance reviews and improvement, strategy development and change implementation. As part of his consulting practice, he has developed highly regarded Corporate Director training programs for both the For Profit and Not-for-Profit sectors. He has been a lecturer at The Directors College, has taught Corporate Governance programs certified by York University's Schulich School of Business and is a frequent guest speaker.

Mr. Levesque also coaches executives through difficult issues, and assists them to achieve their professional goals. He completed his coaching training through an accredited program at Corporate Coach University, Florida. He has coached executives in government, associations and corporations with excellent results.

He holds a B.Sc. (Biology), a B.A.Sc. (Civil Engineering) from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from York University. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and is a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) through The Directors College. He is fluent in French and English, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
